Estimated delivery time is up to 12 business days within the United States. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right — with a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. Simply reach out within 30 days of delivery and our team will take care of you.
To request a refund or replacement, email us at profthiagofigueiredo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. There's no need to ship anything back. Once we review your request, we'll process your refund or send a replacement within 2 business days. Please note we're currently unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or an incorrect item (such as a change of mind), as this helps us keep our prices low.
